O projecto tem como destinat\u00e1rios 26 PME e colaboradores, da regi\u00e3o de interven\u00e7\u00e3o com aprendizagem em contexto organizacional e que mobiliza e internaliza compet\u00eancias com vista \u00e0 persecu\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados suportados por uma determinada estrat\u00e9gia de mudan\u00e7a empresarial. Os tempos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e de a\u00e7\u00e3o surgem sobrepostos e a aprendizagem vai sendo constru\u00edda atrav\u00e9s do desenvolvimento das intera\u00e7\u00f5es orientadas para os saberes-fazer t\u00e9cnicos e relacionais. Trata-se assim de uma metodologia que implica a mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o em altern\u00e2ncia das vertentes de forma\u00e7\u00e3o (em sala) e de consultoria (on the job).<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #666666;
